After the build, every month.

A recording session with David

One hour, once a month. That hour becomes your content for the whole month. No tool and no assistant can do this part, and it is the reason the machine keeps producing instead of running dry.

A group working call every two weeks

Bring your numbers and your questions. You will also hear what is working for the other Install clients, which is often where the best ideas come from.

Your scoreboard

Connections sent, replies, calls booked, posts shipped. Set with you at kickoff, checked every two weeks. This is how we make sure it gets finished.

Two lifelines a month

Stuck on something big between calls, send it over and we get you moving again. Day to day questions are already answered in your videos and playbooks.

What we ask from you.

Around four hours a week, a bit more in the first month. You pay for your own tools directly, and before you start we hand you the exact list of what you need so you do not waste money on the wrong stack. And you do the work. We are beside you the whole way, but your hands are on the machine. That is the deal, and it is why the price looks the way it does.

Six month minimum, because the first 90 days we build and the next 90 days it runs and books meetings. We would rather you judge it on results than on week three.

The deal, in one line

Do the work and it works. We set your scoreboard together at kickoff. Show up, hit those numbers for six months, and if the machine has not booked you qualified sales meetings by day 180, we keep working with you free until it has. No extra fees, no small print. The only condition is the work.

Five at a time. David is in every recording session personally, so we take five Install clients at once and no more. When the seats are full, you wait for one to open.

When it's flying. Most people keep running the machine and pocket the $2,000 a month difference. Some reach the point where their time is worth more in the meetings than on the machine. When that day comes, we take it over. Everything moves with you, and you already trust the system because you built it.
